Dr. Hymes earned her DVM degree from Midwestern University, and joined the team at the Animal Medical Center of Corona in April 2023. She has always had a love of animals and a desire to help them, and first realized that she wanted to be a veterinarian when she was four years old. Dr. Hymes currently has two cats—Buddie, the domestic short hair and Kiddie, the domestic medium hair. Buddie loves playing ball and entertains dreams of a baseball career, and is a particularly strong batter. In her spare time, Dr. Hymes loves Latin dancing, enjoying nature, traveling (often on the back of a motorcycle), and singing karaoke.
