Dr. Baldwin earned his undergraduate degree in Animal Science with an emphasis in livestock and dairy animals from UC Davis in 2018. He then went on to earn his DVM degree from the Sydney School of Veterinary Science in Sydney, Australia in 2022, and joined the team here in early 2023. Dr. Baldwin is a Corona, CA native, and spent many years working and volunteering in various local animal hospitals and shelters prior to attending vet school. He has a particular interest in surgery and the care of avian and exotic species, and is a member of the Association of Reptile and Amphibian Veterinarians, The Association of Avian Veterinarians, and AO-Vet. Dr. Baldwin thrives in the ever-changing world of veterinary medicine and loves the fact that the constant developments in the field present a never-ending opportunity to learn and grow. His hobbies include exercise and physical activity— and he’s also an amateur gemstone faceter! Pets at home include a ball python named Kahlua and a red footed tortoise named Afterpie, the latter of which enjoys nothing more than a fresh strawberry and a good shell scratch.
