Cancellation Policy
We understand that unexpected things can happen, but we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any canceled appointments. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another pet in need, helping to ensure that everyone receives timely care. All new clients will be asked to give a deposit to confirm their appointment slot. Deposits will also be required for patients who have canceled 2 or more appointments.
Please note that if a client does not cancel or reschedule an appointment at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time and does not show up for the appointment, the deposit will be forfeited.
