Q: What animals do you treat?

A: In addition to dogs and cats, AMC-Corona treats birds, pocket pets (small mammals like rabbits, ferrets, rats, hamsters, guinea pigs, etc.), exotic pets such as lizards, snakes, frogs and other reptiles and amphibians, and domesticated (privately owned) wildlife like opossums, skunks, and squirrels.

Q: Can you help injured and sick wildlife? 

A: We are not a wildlife rehabilitation center for wild animals, so we are not equipped to take in “found” wildlife that is injured or ill. While we may be able to stabilize non-domesticated wildlife, persons who bring these animals to us will be responsible for any charges incurred for care and for transporting the animal to the appropriate wildlife rehab facility. If you find injured or sick wildlife, it is best to contact your local Animal Control.

Q: Do you take payments for veterinary care?

Q: Do you offer emergency care for pets?

A:  We offer emergency and urgent care during our regular business hours Monday – Friday 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. If possible, please call us at 951-493-6771 prior to your arrival so we can be prepared to care for your pet as quickly as possible. Q: Will you write me a prescription so I can get my pet’s medications online?
