Jocelynn P – Veterinary Assistant

Jocelynn joined the Animal Medical Center of Corona team in September 2025 as a Veterinary Assistant. With three years of experience in the veterinary field, she began her career as a receptionist before transitioning into hands-on patient care. She is currently attending OCVAS as she works toward becoming a Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT).

Jocelynn’s love for animals began at a young age while helping her grandmother care for her birds. Those early experiences sparked a lifelong passion for learning about animals and inspired her desire to help pets feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. She finds great fulfillment in supporting patients through every stage of their visit and making a positive difference in their lives.

Outside of work, Jocelynn enjoys spending time with her boyfriend, family, and her own wonderful collection of pets. Her household includes two dogs—Nala, a Golden Retriever/Labrador mix, and Chapo, a Labrador Retriever—along with two Sulcata tortoises named Ed and Eddy and six colorful glofish. She also has a passion for aquatics and loves caring for all of her animals.

When she’s not at the hospital, Jocelynn enjoys exploring nature on hikes, traveling to new places, and embracing new experiences. She believes in making the most of every moment and is excited to continue growing her career while providing compassionate care to every patient she meets.
