Emma joined the Animal Medical Center of Corona team in August 2025 as a Customer Service Representative. With several years of experience as a receptionist and a background as a licensed nail technician, Emma brings exceptional customer service skills and a welcoming smile to every interaction.
Emma discovered her passion for veterinary medicine while working in customer service and seeing firsthand the special bond between pets and the people who love them. Helping pet owners and supporting that connection inspired her to become part of a team dedicated to protecting and nurturing the human-animal bond.
Whether she’s greeting clients, answering questions, or helping make each visit run smoothly, Emma enjoys creating a positive experience for every family who walks through the doors.
Outside of work, Emma loves spending time with her two pets: Madeleine, her 10-year-old cat, and Rose, her playful Bernedoodle. In her free time, she enjoys scrapbooking, which allows her to express her creativity, and exploring swap meets in search of unique treasures while connecting with her community.
